Mushroom Hunt & Luncheon

Foraging for mushrooms is one of the year’s most anticipated events at Fort Ross Vineyard. We invite you to join us as we explore the redwood forest, discovering a variety of mushroom species. After the foraging, you’ll have the opportunity to learn about our finds from a leading mycology expert. The experience will culminate with a seated, mushroom-inspired lunch, paired with a selection of Fort Ross Vineyard’s finest wines.

This invitation-only event is exclusively for our Wine & Nature Society members, with tickets priced at $160 per person. Attendance is limited to 40 guests to ensure an intimate and personalized experience.

Important Information: All participants are required to sign a Release Letter prior to the hunt. We kindly ask that guests exercise caution during the foraging experience. Please refrain from consuming or handling mushrooms unless they have been properly identified, and be mindful of fallen trees and branches while walking through the forest. Please note that dogs are not permitted on the hunt.
