Shipping Policies
At present, we only ship wine to the following states:

Terms of Wine Club Membership
- Members may choose to receive Mixed, Red Wine Only or White Wine Only allocations.
- Wine club shipments may include the following selections: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinotage, Chenin Blanc, Sparkling Wine, Dessert Wine or other limited-production varietals.
- Club members and the recipients must be at least 21 years old. An adult of legal drinking age must sign for all wine deliveries.
- Fort Ross Vineyard will bill your credit card prior to the release of each allocation for the retail value of the wines, minus your member discount.
- Fort Ross Vineyard reserves the right to revoke any discounts, complimentary tastings, or event tickets if the membership commitment is not fulfilled.
- Valid for U.S. Residents only.
- Residents of the following states will need to make alternative delivery arrangements, as we are unable to ship there due to state shipping restrictions: AL, AR, DE, HI, MS, NJ, RI, UT, VT, WV. Residents of AK and HI may join but do not qualify for ground shipping.
- Tax is extra and will vary by destination and club level.
- It is your responsibility to notify us of any changes to your email, billing and/or shipping information at least two weeks prior to a release so your wine can be delivered promptly. You are responsible for charges related to misdirected, returned, and/or reshipped deliveries if we do not have your updated information.
- Shipments cannot be made to a P.O. Box. We highly recommend using a business address for delivery to minimize the risk of misdirected, returned, or reshipped deliveries.
- Standard shipping charges apply to any other purchases made throughout the year. Members can opt to pick up their allocations at the winery if desired.
- Wine is sensitive to extreme temperatures, so some summer and winter allocations may be impacted by local weather conditions. This may require additional shipping charges for overnight air delivery (an estimated upcharge of $10-$20) or may delay delivery until temperatures stabilize. These decisions depend on your location and the weather at the time of shipment. Our standard shipping days are Monday and Tuesday.
- Releases marked as Will Call will be held at the winery for 30 days. We will notify you via email of all dates and deadlines. Any wine not picked up in time will be automatically shipped with charges applied to your credit card on file.
- By joining you commit to receiving a minimum of three consecutive allocations.
Orders are not guaranteed to go out the day they are placed. Please email tastingroom@fortrossvineyard.com – or call 707-847-3460 for any special shipping needs.
All orders must be placed and upon delivery the wines must be signed for by an adult 21 or older. Age verification will be required upon receipt of your wine. No delivery can be made to P.O. Boxes. If your order is returned back to Fort Ross because the carrier cannot complete delivery we will refund you the cost of the wine less a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Shipping Rates
Cost of shipping will be added to your bill. When completing your purchase through our Online Store you can select whether you wish delivery by Standard Overnight, 2nd Day Air or Ground delivery and the applicable shipping charges will automatically be entered into your purchase order for your approval prior to you confirming your order.
Privacy Policy
We respect and protect your privacy. Your name and any personal information you provide to us will not be sold or shared with other companies. We request information only to better understand you, your interest in wine, and in particular, your interest in our wines. We keep this personal information strictly confidential and solely for our own use. If at any time you prefer not to be included in our mailings, please let us know and we will honor your request.
Will call orders can be placed via our online store or by telephone and then picked up at our Tasting Room.
